It happens. I'm expecting a similar result at weigh in tonight. It's not welcome and I'm not looking forward to it, but I need it and I need it to be right in my face so that I can deal with it. And move on. Moving on is good...but don't forget to move forward too. One step back, two steps forward. No quitters here. Right? RIGHT!

The reward is not the pound you should have lost anyway. It's the week you have behind you OP. You still have that good week, and the more of those you have under your belt the more you'll dominate the following weeks.
dude that sucks, especially when you know you've been putting in effort. i just came off of two weeks losing ZERO and this past weigh-in got TWO off and it felt like christmas... the 'losing 15 lbs in three weeks' fantasy had to fall away; and i'm okay with that. best of luck moving forward into this week.

Work through it girl! I've been strugling with the same 10 lbs FOREVER!!! I want to run over my scale multiple times but I don't. You can do it!!!

Don't get too discouraged. Most of your commenters, me included know what this is like.
I always think if I had gotten so discouraged the last time I tried to lose weight, then I wouldn't have lost my 150 pounds!!!
