Eff.

Going though some weird-ass emotional phase. I'm skipping weigh-in today because I fucked up a lot this weekend and I don't need the number to be one more thing that's pissing me off. It'll be okay, I have these Debbie Downer days every now and then, but I always bounce back. I already bought healthy groceries to replace the ones that rotted in the fridge from a week of neglect due to my "fuck-it" attitude.

Hopefully this will be a way better week.

We all have those day, weeks or even months. The main this is that you are getting back on track.

It is hard to not have those times. I have them quite often. So know we have all been there.

Al's right. At least you're back here, blogging about it. Have a good day.

If things were 100% perfect, I would be certain there's something wrong with you. Better days and hope this funk quickly moves behind you. BTW, it's sooo cool you still have your eyes ahead. It's when we keep looking down and backwards where we REALLY eff up, for the long term.

Today is a NEW day! :)

AH, we all get that way. I certainly do. But then it's back on track. Don't be hard on yourself. Just start the day right and make the decision to stay on track whether you feel like it or not.

Hang in there sis. Sometimes we all have off days. I know I have had my fair share. Babe Ruth was also the strike out king as well because he swung more than anyone else too. Keep on swingin! :)

In the past you would have said fuck it all together so the fact that you are aware of it and that you are doing things to counteract it is a win in my book.

Like everyone else has said, it looks like you're actually right on track. We all take side-trips from healthy eating. It only becomes a problem when that path becomes the main one, rather than just a diversion. You've got a plan, you're set!

I've skipped weigh ins from time to time because I know if I see a number I don't like it'll just throw me into even more of a funk. I'm on the brink of a "Ahh fuck it" moment right now and avoiding the scale like the plague. Like most everyone has said, just enjoy the victory that you're already thinking ahead to tossing out the molded food and staying on track.

It's contagious! I had this same funk a few weeks back. Just don't let it turn into a rut that you can't get out off! I let myself have a few days of being in a funk before I eventually got sick of it. Hope you became a Happy Harriet soon!
